diesel power wagon for '08

sorry if this is a repeat, but I was just on the Dodge website, and they show an '08 Power Wagon with an optional CTD Oo. it is under the 2500 page: here

the builder page won't let me build one with a quad cab long bed or with the cummins for that matter. is this just a typo, or did they not build the configuration page correctly. inquiring minds want to know!

If you go to the specs and upgrades page it say only the Hemi is available for the PW.

Just checked it out - it is an option. Great news, but a shame I'm not in the market for a new truck, I really like the looks and specs of a Power Wagon.

I know a guy who has that setup... He got the Chevy gears because he thought the 3. 73's and 35's were too tall. That was before he added the Edge Juice.

He's not so happy. He only runs 35" tires. He needs to go BIG! At least 37's.

He doesn't wheel it, just tows a toyhauler to the dunes. He does say it tows like a dream, but sucks unloaded.

I kind of wish I stopped by his place before I bought my truck. He's bored with his already and about to get rid of it. Exactly the same as my old truck but a bit newer with an auto. 2006 2500 QC Laramie with KORE Chase (Bilstein 7100) suspension, KORE Welds, 35's, full tint, etc. He added an Edge Juice, but that's it! Would have been nice to buy his and not start from scratch...



Oh well.



But yeah, Gear Vendors for sure!

Apparently the mention of engine options applies to all 2008 models, not the Power Wagon. Then when I clicked on the "Full Specs & Upgrades" link, and then the "Options and Upgrades" tab, I didn't realize I was routed to the base model, rather than the Power Wagon, which showed the CTD as an option. So, a confusing set of weblinks and pages caused me to misread it, sorry.
