WOW!! At those prices I'd invest in a motorcycle as my daily driver and the Dodge strickly for towing duties. I just topped off this afternoon and at $2. 26 a gallon I was still #@$%!
Cummnzpowr: PetroMaxx at North Texas and Travis is 2. 58 a gallon... saw the sign today. That is about the best price in the Napa/Fairfield/Vacaville area.

Cummnzpowr: Napa price went from 2. 65 yesterday to 2. 75 today. I use so much fuel that I need to use the plastic money to keep track for the feds, so I do not use cash unless I absolutely have to and I don't have debit cards either. Thanks for the info.

Dramatic spikes in fuel prices are typically caused by refinery or pipeline problems. Looks like there was a problem at the Chevron refinery in El Segundo, California:
