Washington State has the largest difference between regular and diesel. And we have refineries right here in the State!!!!!!!!

No joke! Fuel prices in general seem to be particularly bad in the PNW. Aren't we past the 'heating oil crunch'? I understand supply and demand, but what other demands are keeping diesel prices so high, for so long?!

Ouch guys... sorry... we are finally back under 2. 00 here in Missouri.

Course, that depends on where you are, to!

What was the profit margin of the oil companies last year?

What gets me on these fuel prices is if you go to Flying J Fuel Prices the price goes from $1. 789 in OK to $2. 59 in WA. OR and WA are the hardest hit on fuel prices. It would be interesting to know why there is such a variance in the price.

Diesel Fuel Prices

Snoking,

I am from the PNW and am cross country in Florida. I noticed the farther East I go the cheaper the fuel is. The best I have seen in FL is 1. 98. TX was a little better. I don't know why we pay so much for fuel up there. The refinery is right up north where I'm from. ???

Check out this picture taken on Sat 19 Feb in Vancouver, Wa

Fuel on base here in Pensacola is now 1. 89. :)

What was it a year ago??? You think $1. 89 is something to smile about??? The oil companies are just getting you use to high prices so you will think $2. 50 is a good deal in a few months...
