destroyed 5er and truck in AZ storm

Wondered what folks were paying for diesel these days. I just paid $2. 73 in Beach ND. On monday, I paid $3. 32/gal in Seattle. (Its probably still $3. 32 in Seattle) They're talking about how "cheap" fuel is now. But, we're still getting raped.

The price here in Ft Worth fell . 40 in three weeks. Started at $2. 99 and is now at $2. 59. In one week it dropped . 10. Not too bad if ya burn #2.

$2. 79 here in Springfield, IL. Think we have more taxes than anywhere else. Heard it's $2. 59 places in MO.

Pretty much any state I have running in quite a bit lately, their prices have come down about 40+ cents/gal.

Gas is dropping faster around here. Some are 60-80 cents less, than a couple of weeks ago.

2. 67 is the lowest here in LAS. There are still some stations trying to rape people at 3. 19... .

Cheers, Bill

If you go to "Flying J.com" & click on the "gasoline" pricing, it will show you all gasoline, propane & auto-diesel pricing for their stations in the US & Canada.

If you click on the "diesel" pricing, it will show you prices that the big trucks have to pay. Here in AZ, auto-diesel is 8 cents cheaper than the big truck diesel. The "gasoline" pricing forum will show that discount, if it applies to the area you are buying from.

It's amazing the price differences throughout North America ( including Canada). Washington State, Spokane & Ellensburg are extremely high. Must be higher state taxation. However, Tacoma is usually quite a bit cheaper.

The other day, I heard about a station selling reg. gas for $2. 05/9 in Iowa.

Parts of OK. used to be very reasonable until a recent fuel tax hike. Used to love to fill-up in the OKC Flying-J. It was, always, much cheaper than the AZ. area. Now, it's sometimes more expensive than the Phoenix Flying-J.

Prices are going down alright, and that is nice, but once the election is over I think the prices will start to climb again.

As mentioned we are still getting raped on diesel, here unleaded $2. 66. Diesel $3. 07. Those were the cheapest prices that I saw in the Olympia area. Centralia/Chehalis, unleaded $2. 71, diesel $3. 37.

You might want to check OKC again Joe. it appears they are getting way cheaper again... thats a good thing, seeing as how I'm going back there for more trailers at the end of the week !
