Diesel shop in Dayton OH

I need to have an e-brake installed and am looking for a good diesel mechanic in the Dayton OH area to perform the work. I am thinking about installing the Cummings e-brake. Any feellings about it? advantages/disadvantages? How hard is it to install one? I have some mechanical skills and am also toying with the idea of doing it myself. Any information would be appreciated.

If it were me I would drive just east of there to Columbus to Enterprise Engine to have the work done if I did not do it myself.
