Diesel Thunder! August 23rd, 2003!

The time is set! Diesel Thunder will be August 23rd, 2003 at Shelley's Automotive in Spokane, WA. Oo.



There will be drag racing Saturday night after Diesel Thunder at Spokane Raceway Park. Oo.



Dyno will start at 8:00 AM.



We will have 4 different catagories again: Oo.



Stock class



Modified class less than 350 HP on #2 only



Bombed class over 350. 1 HP on #2 only



Extreme class anything goes! Drugs anyone?



We will also have a Show & Shine.

Well Costco beef would be just fine with me. I know Gary would be for it since he's worked for them tor some time prior to retirement. And he'd like to find a home up there in Cor d lane to move to. That would mean a new bomb location for IDOo.



I don't think we can get Blair the margarita meister up to Spokane though. Maybe I can rent the week wacker blender from to bring along

HVAC..... Big Bob cooks up a mean batch of "beef-a-low" burgers w/ cheese. I can smell them now. The dyno and the drag races were fun last year. Maybe the above two events are'nt worth your while, but the burgers may entice you.

Burgers are a go! We are planning on our Friday evening get together at my house. We always have a great time! Everyone is invited!



I wish we could put together some pulls, Jason knows someone with a sled but I think the insurance cost and a place to pull with all the equipment are the problems. Money is an issue! I'll ask Jason about it again.
