Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Diesel Trans Shop in Western NC?

I'm in Morganton, NC. Can anyone recommend a trans shop in the area? I'm looking for a performance/towing upgrade for a 47RH.

It's out of the way a bit but Chips in Sevierville Tn. was a DTT installer and now has suncoast under his belt. . Closest one I know of to Western NC

Hey I am Chips Transmissions and we are DTT guys all the way. Let me tell you I have installed some suncoast stuff for customers only but I have never bought or sold any of their parts. I have had customers who have asked me about I have had nothing but problems out of the one 5R110 transmission I put in for a customer one month ago 6/13/06 (2000 miles and we had to ship it back, still waiting for it to return they want to blame the trans controller or lack of, but he is using one ) About four months prior to that I put a convertor in for them and the drain plug wasn't in all the way, so it beat the crap out of the bell . If you want the right stuff for your truck My recommendations are DTT or DTT and that is it. Kyle next time please check your facts before you post - Thanks Phil.
