Competition Nitrous with twins

I went to the Indy Diesel Nationals and loved the truck pulls, especially the modifieds! Back in the 70's, I went to a lot of Tractor and Truck pulls. Dodge Trucks dominated the pulls with their Hemis. Now the rules allow any make of truck to run a Hemi and the Dodges are few and far between so I quit going. Now I'm interested again due to the dominance of the Dodge/Cummins combo. I was wondering which pulls are the best. I live in East TN and would like to hear from anyone about pulls in TN, KY OH, IN, GA, etc. Any border states, really. I was thinking about going to the DHRA pull in Washington CH, Ohio on Sept. 15th. Is this a good one to attend? Any others?

On a side note; how long do you think until they change the rules to allow Ford and Chevy to run the Cummins in their trucks to appease all the bowtie and blue oval guys? I'm sure it will happen. It always does.

In this area at least the past couple of years in the work truck and street diesel class the Duramax's have become the daily driver truck to beat and the Dodge guy's are working hard to keep up. In the modified class it's still hard to be the Cummins but it really depends on who has the most money to play with.

 Really! Around here I have never seen a truck pull that had a Duramax win the event. Too many Dodge driving Rednecks between PA. & W. V. What area are you located? Near Tomac?:-laf

Just north of W VA, there is Mat Cooper, and Dale Bennet, both Duramaxs, that run extremely well. Cooper won the Hookstown pull last Saturday.

Better be careful, Cummins 724!!!:-laf

I just saw on another site that the D-Max's are allowed to run their stock turbo in the street and super street classes which are 2. 8 inches. The Cummins and Powerstrokes are limited to 2. 5. Is this true?

I was being honest! I truely have never seen a Duramax win a sled pull... . although I've heard a few stories. Is it Mat Cooper that has the white D-max? I may be mistaking.
