I placed an order with this web site and have gotten no response back except for the order confirmation email. I have tried to call, but I always get a recording and then the voice mail says it is not working. Sent an email with no response.

Anybody have any experience with this vendor? Should I contact my credit card company and refuse any charges?

How long ago did you place the order. I'm pretty sure that I have ordered from them in the past and had no problems.

J-

I ordered on Monday, the 27th. I know it has only been a few days, but I was getting concerned due to the inability to speak with anyone and no responses from email.

I had no problem with them... . Although that was 2 or 3 years ago and we all know how things have changed since then. Hopefully they just have an IT guy like we have at work who cant seem to get the e-mail to work for more then a few days in a row!

Hey man, I wouldnt worry too much. I ordered some gauges about 2-3 months ago, never heard anything from them for 2 weeks or so, got a receipt in the mail, then the next day or so the package arrived. It was kinda weird, but Ive never had a problem with them

I got my gauges package from them, and was all good. I hope they stay around. I think I talked to David few times. Let us know what happens.

I have ordered from them on several different occasion and have had nothing but great customer service. Also great technical service.

Their Website had a note on the main page (now it's gone) that they would be closed for business on April 29~30th... . Maybe that was the issue?

You know from my experiences I have to be honest, many of these places aren't your typical retail outlets. Many are run by people like you and me that just aren't always there at the snap of a finger. I have learned over the years to be a little patient with these places.

You'd be suprised how many online vendors are nothing more that a guy in his tighty whities with a computer and cell phone that built a nice website and has a deal with vendors. You order from him, he calls the supplier and they ship the product to you. He never sees or touches the item you ordered.

I placed an order on Monday April 27; order included a Rail Pressure and Fuel Pressure Gauge along with a Banjo Bolt and Dual Overhead Gauge Pod. I received the Banjo and Pod on Friday May 1. When the Gauges were not included I called (Diesel Manor answered on the first try) and was informed the Gauges would be drop shipped from the mfg. The gauges were then delivered on May 5. I have not inspected the second shipment. Other than shooting my plan to get the gauges installed last weekend every thing was ok (As far as I know). I suppose this weekend will be the one. Good Luck!

Any luck getting a hold of them social rattler?

FYI - My shipments were complete, no issues noted. Other than a bit of confusion I had with the Isspro directions. Maybe its just me... . but do gauges need to be double grounded? During install the directions specifically illustrated 6 wire positions with a matrix below outlining exactly what each of the 6 positions were (+, Dimmer, Ground, Sensor, Ground, and one more... . ). However, the directions only addressed positions 1-3. For good measure I went ahead and ran a double ground and the gauges function properly.
