Grand Cherokee on Steroids

Pikes Peak Cog RR and Cummins

Is there a difference in the two?

In California is it legal to use a sunroof at night and a moonroof in the day?

Why do they call it a roof when in actuallity it is a window?

Cheers, Kevin

I think it's a moonroof when you stick your bald hairy ass out and "moon" other drivers. But I heard that's illegal in Kommiefornia. :D

2nd try..

OK, seriously, it's a moonroof when the glass retracts fully into the roof out of sight, and a sunroof when it only flips up on hinges a few degrees. Right? I think that's it anyways. :p

Chris it's not Kommiefornia any more.

Arnold changed it to Kalyfornia

:D I think that's pretty cool that Arnold is the Gov now.

It's all about getting the citizens excited and more into politics.

I have a feeling that Cali will see a big turnaround for the better both economically and financially.

I noticed that before the election, the media hype was getting out of hand. Now that Arnold won, I haven't heard a thing! Guess the media is in a state of disbelief, shock or something! :p

Hows this sound?

Hmmm, so all moonroofs are sunroofs, yet not all sunroofs are moonroofs? I found further clarification -- "sunroof" is the term originally used to describe a metal panel that would only allow light or air in when opened. A "moonroof," on the other hand, is a glass panel that can allow light in even when it is closed (provided, of course, you slide back that nifty fabric-covered panel to expose the glass).

True sunroofs, those made just of metal, appear to have gone the way of 8-tracks in automobiles, and these days, most "sunroofs" are really "moonroofs" -- panels of tempered glass, usually tinted, that tilt up to allow a flow of air, or slide back into the roof entirely, giving the car occupants a brief but tantalizing glimpse of life in a convertible.

I think the media was just sick of reporting it and wanted to move onto something else.

Have heard that some of the LA and SF TV stations and newspapers are now setting up offices in Sacramento, something I find hard to believe they didn't have before.

I believe a moonroof is one with glass, as to where you could view the moon, and a sunroof is one made of metal, and will not allow any light through. Make sense??

The reason you haven't heard much from the press is that we are all waiting for the let down. Our new gov is about to find out that he really dosen't have much power to change things.

Give him a chance, Jim. I've heard that he is already endorsing legislation which would create dedicated commute lanes for Hummers and 3500's. :D

I feel Arnold will do great not because he's capable but because of his star status the public will watch him and take an interest. After all that's what an elected official is supposed to be, the voice of the people.

Face it most Americans are more interested in what's happening in the lives of sports and movie stars than they are in what the government is up to.

I heard AH-nold is saying "asta-lavista,baby"to the illegals. Maybe he can also make sure that english doesn't become the second language:rolleyes: . I don't know if he'll make good or not,I guess we'll have to wait and see. How about Clint Eastwood for president:) ... Doug
