anyone have any info was just reading about differnces in the exhaust manifold and exhaust?

If you had the 235 hp, the 325 hp would be a big improvement, of course. Since you have the 305 hp, the change would be small. The ATS manifold is still a good idea, the 4" exhaust is not a big deal since you already have 3. 5" (235 hp has 3" and a cat). The 04. 5 has a new design cat, engine mounted fan shroud, different fueling events, etc. The new HY35 has a slightly larger compressor side and an electronically controlled wastegate.

BTW, nice pix. I made a front hitch similar to what I now see Warn has. I put the receiver tube under the cross tube so I didn't have to cut the air dam. The cross is 1. 5" under the frame rails so ground clearance is unchanged except at that receiver area.
