Difference between 07 2500 or 3500 ?

After lot of considerations I decide to go and purchase 07 SB with SRW but with 5. 9 l engine. Local dealer have a same price for 2500 and 3500. I will put 5th wheel hitch on it. Trailer weight 12000 #. I thought maybe 3500 will be better, because of the payload, but don't like to have to bumpy truck when not towing. I was driving both and seem to be same ride, but road was pretty smooth. What exactly is a difference between them ? Only thing I find different is a aux. spring on rear of the 3500 and badges. Are front and rear springs stiffer too ? Any idea ?

The 3500 with the SRW has over load springs in addition to the standard set, You won't even use the over loads until you loaded (look for the reverse springs). Other then that in the SRW case, nothing else that I can think off.
