Difference between 08 and 09?

Is there any difference between an 08 and an 09 Laramie 3500?

Not that I'm aware of. The big plan was to make all of the changes to the 2010. Personally, I wanted the 2009 because of it's "utilitarian" build, rather than the "plush" build of the 2010.

You need to check the gear ratio if you are looking at an '09: most of the dealers around here ordered the 2009 trucks with the 3. 42's to help fuel mileage. I prefer the 3. 73's.

My dealer didn't order my truck. I ordered it through them the way I wanted it.
