#8 isn't recommended for the 215 hp engine. The 10 will give much more midrange power and safer egts over 2400. The 8 costs a lot of midrange and egts will be way out of control at higher rpm. Search the archives for more.
I had an 8 for awhile and Joes' right. You can't use all of it at top end. I really had to watch egt closely. When I slid it back, so top end wasn't a problem, mid range went totally dead. The 10 is the opposite, obscene mid range fuel but still has top end egt control. Craig
I sure wanted to know the difference between a 8 and a 10 and thought it might be beautiful women you were talking about. Already knew that truck stuff.
Would you guys recommend new injectors and a gsk with the #10 plate? If so, how much torque would you gain with those 3 things changed? With just changing the plate?

Hey, I was stock all the way till April of last year... . just to think a year ago, I thought I was hot stuff, running around in a SLUG! wow. what a difference a year can make. Especially when Greg corrupts you, and is the one to blame for the HX35 going out, the CON OFE, 4" Jardine, the PDR HX40, and the NV5600, just to name the big things. If I was still a slug, I would still probably think banks was the real deal... but who wants that?! Too slow for my taste, and too much out of the pocket!
