Whats the difference between the 1st gen, 94-95 and 96-97 pcms?

We are having a discussion about the MSD Ignition Propane system. In the MSD manual it shows the TPS and RPM sensors have different pinouts even though they are both 12v'rs. And since I'm almost finished collecting parts to upgrade my truck to a p7100. I'm curious about which PCM I should use.

The 96 model year had atleast two Prom's for the auto transmission.

Early model 95 "prommed" truck use a 96 style PCM with a 95 programming.

This directly relates to using a lockup switch with the TCC.

The 94 and 95 model year PCMs have a different wire config. At the harnesses going into the PCM.
