Difference in DVD-RW & DVD+RW

How can you tell if your DVD Burner is + or -???? Fry's replaced mine on my PC and the old one said + on the fron - the new one doesn't say anything... ...

www.cdfreaks.com has most any info you need to know... there is a article about the differece between + & -, sounds like + is definatly better
