Today I called a salvage yard that had a 99 NV4500 out of a V10, I asked if it would fit a 96 with 6BTA 5. 9 and they said their Hollander interchange said the V10's and the diesels were the same. BUT they said there was a difference between the 94-97's and the 98-2002's. What gives here? I don't know of any difference other than maybe the shifter sticks. Does anyone have any info about this. I run several of these and need to keep a "spare" ready to go that will fit them all to eliminate down time.
