2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Different fuel sending unit part#'s....

Ok, I am a little confused... .

I need a new fuel sending unit for my '98 12v, and after wading through the MANY posts here on the dreaded sending unit, I came to the conclusion that I need to order part# 4797738, but according to Mopar4Less, that part# is the fuel sending unit for '94-'96 trucks. They said that the correct fuel sending unit for my truck, is 4897670AB. This is the part# for '98-'99 trucks. The part# they recommend for my truck is actually a few bucks cheaper, but I don't want to order the wrong part, so has anyone installed the 4897670AB part# in their '98 12v???

just installed fuel sender in my 98. 5 quad cab, 24 valve. part no was 4897670ab
