2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Dimensions?

I've tried several searches and looked through the FAQ pages with no luck in finding overall dimensions (LOA, WB, etc. ). I thought I remembered seeing a "spec" sheet somwhere awhile ago, but I'm having trouble finding it. Does anyone know where it is or have the info themselves? Specifically, I'mm looking for the overall height and length for both the 1999 2500 Club cab 4x4 with stock LT245/75R16 and the comparable 2009 model.
