:mad: well just had my rail, boost, and egt installed yesterday. This afternoon got in my truck gauge was redding 400 drg befor i even started the truck. started the truck and guage was reading 600 drg @ idle. shut truck off tred cycleing key and no change. drovetruck home egt read 1400 drg with an empty truck under med accell. any bod ever have this problem before. i like the guages just having problems. took truck to the shop that did the work they removed probe to make sure it wasnt touching the other side of the maifold. want touching.

any help appreacated.
 
You need to put your Pyro power on to a key on power source.



Same with the rail pressure.



They must loose power now and then so they reset and sync the stepper motor.

Correct, but not only that, when you cycle the key, you will need to wait for the EGT gauge to reset before starting the truck or it will be off as well.

I have a DiPricol on the 01 and it reads about 100 too high all the time. I'm gonna sent it back for re-cal. A bad connection (hot or ground) can cause weird gauge readings - Ask me how I know:rolleyes: Check your wiring.
