2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Disc brake conversion

I am looking for any info on converting my 98 3500 4X4 rear brakes to the later model disc brakes. Any help here would be greatly appreciated, as I have not found anything online for a 1 ton. Thanks.

FYI talked to Piers just the other day and he has shelved the rear conversion project as he has too many irons in the fire. Too bad as we all know how well it would have been.
