Morph, anything can be done. Whether it's practical or not is the question.
Considering the complexity of Dodge's recent brake systems, in doing the conversion there are most likely many surprises lurking, unless you are able to strip the entire brake system out of a 2001. 5 or newer wreck. Some or all brake parts from the master cylinder back (and forward) may require changing to accomodate the rear disc brakes. Even the parking brake parts are probably different. The rear axle housing could very well be different too. Part numbers must be compared.
Your time, money and energy would be better spent elsewhere, in my opinion.
I haven't had any difficulty stopping with drums yet!
