If this has been covered before, anyone point me to the link.

Would like to disconnect the door buzzer on a few 1999s. Not as easy as 1996 was.

Any help!

I hate those things too, but my '99 isn't like my '96 was. The '99 has too many wires running into it,so what I did was disconnect the wire at the door switch. When you pull out the switch(just give it a yank),you'll see three wires:the white one is for the dome light and the brown one is for the door buzzer. What I did was break the pin from the connector rather than cutting the brown wire. Next I'll have to fond a way to get rid of the low fuel buzzer. It drives me nuts too.
