Discrepancy on new truck ordered, what to do?

Hi,

My dealer got my truck in on Saturday, March 10th, I noticed that the SLT+ decor group is said to have on wheel radio controls, my truck does not have this. How do I calculate what things are worth that are not on the truck?

I really did not want the on wheel radio controls, there were only a few things on the SLT+ package and decor group that I really wanted, the other things are just extras... for 39 cents more I got to Super Size it!

They have a price list for those options. Have them break it out and deduct the cost. Or call a different dealer and get the prices. I know how you feel.

On the slt+, the radio controls are on right behind the wheel. You might want to double check this.

yes joe , if it has the slt + the controls are there , they are not on the face of the wheel , but on the sides of the cruise buttons , they aren't marked , you have to look hard for them . if it was ordered and you didn't get the whole package i would refuse the truck and have them order you another .

It took me about 3 mos before I found 'em--My paperwork said they were there-but since the truck had 6000 miles on it when I got it, it wasn't an issue, but bingo one day I found them--so look close ----chris

The radio controls are there, just not where I expected them to be... The thing missing so far is the illuminated visor vanity mirrors.

They are there, but now they are going to have to try to install the illuminated visor vanity mirrors, part of the Travel Convenience Group(AWK) at the dealer. I am afraid that the fruck will be all hacked up and wires spliced, things zapping, popping and smoking!


The radio controls are there. The thing missing from the Travel convenience group(AWK) so far is the illuminated visor vanity mirrors.

The sticker on the truck showes them, I bet the zone mgr pays for it, or he will be getting a 2500 RAM for his demo...

I also was supprised to notice the lack of light vanity mirrors. I thought they were part of the Travel Convienence Group. After reading this post, and looking over the Dodge brochure, I cannot find any reference to them. No big loss to me, just suprised.
