Ok The rotors were turned, new pads. rebuilt calipers, and the pads were shot at 9k. No pulling, no evidence of binding. Im I missing anything here? Can the master cyl fail and not release all the pressure when not using the brakes? Both sides wore pretty even. Thanks in advance for any ideas Bill

I had a 95 that had the same problem. (At that time) there was a TSB for the older Rams to up-scale the size of the rear wheel brake cylinders. I would look at the rear brakes. Is it a possibility they're not working or not working like they should, thusly wearing out the front brakes permaturely?
