Dist frozen!!!

Have a 1985 Chevy Caprice Classic. 305 4bbl. Timing is 4 degrees high. Spark knocks pretty bad. Went to set timing. (should be 0)and DIST wont move. STUCK! Any suggestions?????:{

PB Blaster and let it soak for a while. Then use a strap wrench if needed.

maybe smack it a couple of times with a rubber mallet, after the PB Blaster and before the strap wrench
