HI all,

So I have been reading a few places and people seem to be killing the vp on 5x5 runs. Maby I am being a little paranoid but I was thinking of going a different route. So I sell the comp get a catcher. then what? I have dd2's and am doing the trans in 2 weeks. what can I match to the catcher that does not dirrectly affect the vp? And it has to still be able to tow a GN with 2 jeeps to moab in july :) any help is allways appreciated. Dam I want more power .

A CaTCHER & a set of Don's 3. 8's would give you more fuel than that little spinner can deal with. Get a PDR 35 or DZ & you'd have it made.

"what is the blue chip APB in your sig? is that combo good for towing?"

its still a fueling chip, will affect your VP just like a comp... .

It's an Adjustable Power Box. It taps the wire to the fuel return solenoid, just like a Comp. With my moderately manly sticks  it doesn't see much use tough.

This combo is dynamite for towing. I wouldn't go WOT for very long as things would get a bit warm  An educated right foot with a pyrometer should have no trouble.

I will be selling my comp as I want to go a different route and not tap the pump. I spoke with Bob Wagner and I will be going with a catcher and either mach3. 8 or 4 But I will need to get a bigger turbo. Similar to your setup Darkhorse
