Do I need to torque the valve cover

I bought a black valve cover to replace my "plain jane" stock one. Do the bolts need to be torqued, and if so, does anyone know the correct numbers? My buddy who is a good backyard mechanic is going to help me. ( He has the tools, I have the beer ) I'm also replacing my stock intake with the Banks High Air Ram intake and would like to know if I need to torque it down too?

The 24-V has an 18 lb ft spec for torque.

Would that also go for the air intake manifolds bolts?

Unfortunately I don't have that spec handy. I had the other from memory! But I'm sure someone will post it on here. Oo.

The intake horn bolts are also 18ft lbs. , 24 N. m
