Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I bought a Mean-Green starter a year ago. I thought I was buying a better product.
In less than 11 months, the starter has trouble turning over if the temp is less than 50 degrees. I have new Optima batteries and have checked all the wire connections.
At first, Mean-Green said that they would replace it if I identifyied the starter as the problem. But, when it came to helping me out, they failed.
They would NOT send me a new unit and let me then send back there failed unit.
I ended up taking my old starter and fixing it, installing it on my truck and now I am trying to get ahold of them to send the MG starter back.
They have NO 1-800 number, and in 30 calls have only gotten a person twice. When you leave a message, they usually get back to you after a couple of weeks.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND their products!!!
There cusomer service SUCKS big-time.
