Do the 2009 and 2010 Power and Heated Mirrors fit on Earlier 3rd Gens?

I like the new style mirrors, but don't know if they mount and are wired the same as the older 3rd Gens. Never have cared for the "Viagra" flip up tow mirrors and would like an affordable alternative. Anyone know?

Haven't been here in awile. Finally saw a 4th gen dually & logged on to search this same topic. I want to paint my mirrors this spring & just buying these new mirrors with the lights would be a worthwhile upgarde.
