the 24v trucks would be ok if we just knew what the bad points where or the bugs as i call them. there good trucks once you work out the bugs

I wish i had a list of things that had bugs so i could just upgrade them

like the fuel system and so on

ALL 2ND GEN HAVE SOME BUGS

24 valves. need for better fuel pressure. steering shaft/box issues. trac bar issues, crankcase breather mess issues. bad lighting on non-sport models. bad foglights. ugly interior not a bug just a eye sore. cracked dash. KDP on some. 53 block possible on some. everything has a breaking point or wear point but I guess putting the upgrades and $ where needed instead of ******* in away like I have done:-laf I know there are more out there but not enough time to type others will chime in but 12 valves 1st gen and early 2nd gens still have bugs. just the same as 3rd and 4th gen just newer bugs.

If your asking about the 3rd gens and thier bugs there was a good thread here some where. so far the bugs I have work though would be ball joints, stearing shaft, crappy fuel filtration from the factory. I've replaced the track bar bushings and soon the steering box will be done. so far i'm at 150k on my06 and its not had an easy life
