... and then have to read all the new posts so that the "new since last visit" icons stay in sync. Sometimes it happens to me at work. I wonder if the boss would understand.

nope, on purpose often. it's the only thing sane this time of year. and if this group is "sane" that sure indicates the state of the world.

I used to do that Ken, or have Windows freeze up and lose all of the new posts.



Now I call up "get last days posts" and just scan them back to the clock time where I left them last.

I work with t guy whose daughter is quite the softball player. He's traveling all over the SW to go to games. I gues a few colleges are looking at her with scholarships.
