I was looking at one and would like AWD, but the mpg is really bad I am told, about 18 mpg. Does any body have one? What kind of mpg are you getting? 08 is the last year of the AWD.

I was also looking at an AWD for the Mrs. , but they only came on the R/T.

Didn't need the bigger V6, or a lot of the other standard R/T equipment.

Yes they do get terrible MPG's.

Got an SXT with the 2. 4 4 banger and am very satisfied.

I made sure to get the Safe & Secure Convenience package.

It added:

(ESP), Electronic Stability Program

Traction Control

Anti-Lock 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, (vrs drum rear)

Rear Stabilizer Bar

And a few other convenience items.

It's quite peppy, and averages about 27 MPG for us.

First thing I did was replace the factory Bridgestones with Yokohama's.

The Tire Rack ratings on the Bridgestones were terrible, (24th out of 28 tires that size).

The Yokohama's were ranked 1st, even over Michelin's.

We both are very satisfied with this car.

Looks Good. The car is for my daughter she started collage, so I am all ready broke. I like the AWD because we live in the upper peninsula of MI (275in of snow) and she drives back and forth. I wish you could get the 4cly in AWD. It sue is a sham that a v6 chevy impala gets better mpg then a 4cly dodge??
