I have contacted DC about all the missing items on my truck.
Lighted Vanity mirrors, grab handle, cup holders, engine block heater, engine insulation, molding, trim, etc. that was on their web site, in there brochure, on the trucks on the dealers lot and in my owners manual that came with the truck. And get this, for all these missing items, I got to pay $200 extra for the truck.

Please keep in mind however, that DaimlerChrysler holds the right to make changes, at any time, without notice or obligation, in prices, specification, equipment, color and material, and to change or discontinue models. If you paid for a specific item as an option, and that is not included on the vehicle, I suggest you speak with your selling dealership regarding any options you have.

I told them I would let others know how I was being treated, and that I would take my complaints to the FTC, BBB and the WEB.
I have contacted the FTC and now I have posted it here on the WEB.
