Dodge Dealer

FYI, stopped in a Dodge dealer two weeks ago to have routine oil, fuel filter change and rotate tires, on the road away from home so it was my best choice at the time. Think the dealership name is Bennet Dodge in Kingsland, Ga. The service was excellent and they have a real Cummins machanic that did all the work himself and told me he does all the work on the diesels. I had my own filters so they did not make a lot of money from me, but while there they replaced under warranty the torn rubber molding around the doors. A very good experence and wanted to pass this along since have not always had such good luck with the dealers.

Yes there are some good dealers. Quality Dodge in Tooele UT is also a great place to do business with

Glad you had a good experience at Quality Dodge. I purchased mine there and that part was ok, but on 3 separate occasions after the sale for warranty service I decided I would never let them work on mine again. Have a friend who did business with there Chevy dealership and he was not happy either. Good luck in the future.

If your ever in Lagrande Oregon, Frontier Motors has the the most unsatisfactory service dept. I have delt with since I started buying new rigs back in the 60's. I have had my 3500 cummins extra cab in for warreny work 4 times, only satisfied with what they did once. Last time had my pickup for 11 days to do about half a days work. My old dad used to say if you feel like your getting shafted there is'nt no need for just one of you to be mad about it. so guess you know what terms me and the local dodge dealer are on. The service that i'm getting locally probly means my next rig will not be a dodge.

Hey Mr. Moderator, hows about starting a forem area for good & bad Dodge dealers. I do understand that some guys might put crap in if they got a raw deal, but if several do that, then you know it is a Dodge dealer you need to stay away from?

I think that's a great idea. I used to own a 96 CTD. Sold it and been sooo sorry ever since.
