2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission dodge door unlockers

anybody know how to reprogram the factory key fobs to work on a different truck or does this have to be done by the dealer?

Never did it on my P. U. but the dealer had to do it a couple times for me on my wife's car. 1 $ealer charged me $55. 00 to do it . the next time we replaced the zapper another dealer was nice enough to do it for free.
