2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Dodge Option Codes

I am trying to figure out whether a truck has 4 wheel or rear wheel antilock. I have looked everywhere for the Dodge option codes. I thought there was a reference on this site but I could not find it. Dodge customer assistance is totally worthless.

I was surprised to see that the VIN does not specify what rear end ratio comes in the truck. I find in looking for a used one, often the hood spec tag that will tell, is often bleached with no info. Any way to find ratio easily? Does there even exist a table that shows what ratios were even available in a given year or series?
