Dodge truck crazyness

Buddy of mine emailed me this one. I have never seen a Dodge truck with the front clip like that. I realize the chassis is one off, but looks like a 72-93 body style with a 2 ton farm truck clip.

There is a D(?) 600 around here, dumptruck. Same cab and front end as that one. Nice looking truck, except for the turd brown paint!
