Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Dodge Turbo Diesel

Got a good one for you guys. Truck in shop for 2 weeks, they've run every test that they could do and they still can't figure it out. Why my truck won't go past 20-25 MPH. So they want to have Cummins come out and check their computer. My Dodge is a turbo diesel, 24 valve, 2001 ½. Does anybody have any suggestions or advice?

Dodge....

On the newer trucks they changed the name from TPS (throttle position sensor) to APPS ( Accelerator Pedal position sensor). If you have a manual, check it out. I should be surprised that a dealer can't find the trouble, but I'm not. I think Five Star means Larry, Curly, Moe and Shimp are working in the shop with Laurel and Hardy at the service desk.

Actually that would be a 6 star dealer, thank god there are none that "good"
