If they could prove your lift was the cause of the problem. I had my ball joints replaced under warranty with the 2" spacer and 315 tires on it without anyone questioning a thing. It's sorta the dealer calls. Now if you're rollin on 42's with a 12 inch lift. I'll bet you have blown the warranty.

I have a 6" lift and so far no headaches with warranty denial. I had the u joints replaced, and front drive shaft so far. full warranty. But it helps to have a good service dept. They also warrantied my lift pump knowing i have a edge chip. DAVE...

Dave,

That is one good looking rig!! Maybe some day my truck will grow up to look like that.

I also like the '01 Raptor in your sig.

I agree with RAMINSPEED on this one it's going to depend on the dealer, some will work with you an some will work aganist you on mods. I considered the replacement of my stock front coils to ones that raised a couple inches more, but was afraid to mess with front end since it tracks so good. Instead opted for Matt400 mod of removing the rear spacers to give a more leveled out look. You can still run a larger tire I believe, check out Matt400 Readers Rig for info on the tires. I myself am pretty well sticking to stock condition on my truck, but you may have plans for something more radical with yours.

Good Luck with your Mods.
