2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Does anyone but dynatrac offer hub conversion

Just wondering if there is anyone beside Dynatrac that offers a manual hub conversion? Not for my truck, but for a friend with a 2nd gen with CAD. It seems his axle is worn beyond use. The pilot and the hole are worn so bad that the axles are out of alignment enough than the sliding collar won't slide? Any better ideas other that manual hubs?

Junk yard axle, D60, from a late 70's ford and have a good shop swap over evrything, less than a hub kit but not by much.
