Hi,
I'm trying to figure out if 2001. 5-2002 2 piston front calipers will work on my 1995 2WD Dually. If the knuckles will swap out that would work because I need to do ball joints anyway. I have read about some guys fitting 3rd Generation brakes on their 2001. 5-2002 trucks, but I think these were all 4WD.
I looked at my truck and the caliper bracket is part of the knuckle and cannot be unbolted like on many vehicles. I'm not sure if this is specific to 2WD? Has anyone done this conversion to a 2WD? Does anyone have any pictures when they had the front wheels off of their 2001. 5-2002 2WD Dually?
