Installing a brake controller in a '93

I've got a surplus U-Haul one. Its built pretty tough. I've pulled my 1966 Plymouth Fury back and forth to my parents place in Montana while we were waiting for our house to be completed. No problems, just remember you can't back up. First couple of times I glanced in the mirrors it scared the snot out of me because it looks like someone is tailgating big time.

I'm assuming you are going to be towing a front wheel drive car? If not, it's kind of a pain to have to remove the driveshaft all of the time.

I had a spare set of bulb sockets so I made a little harness that plugged into the 7 pin plug and allowed me to tie in the car's taillights/brakelights without choping up the original wiring. I think some states are different on requiring lights for the towed vehicle.

Good luck.
