Does exhaust brake void warranty

I own a 2001 Dodge 3500 diesel - 6 speed with 51,000 miles, I am considering buying a pac-brake and am wondering if that would void the engine warranty. I also have extended warranty to 100K on the chassis and don't know if it will affect that either.



Is pac-brake a quality product and is the price of $549. 00 plus shipping a good deal??

I don't know about PacBrake, but you can buy the Jacobs brake direct from DC or Cummins, so I would assume that unit at least would not void warranty.

Seeing that you have a shiftier trans, haha, than auto, no it doesn't void the warranty, only on autos.

The owners manual recommends a exhaust brake on manual trans for heavy towing, and yes that is a good price.
