I'm with ya on this one.
Mine does the same thing, its wierd because sometimes you can fire it up, and it is really snappy & powerful, and other times it doesn't have that snappy feel, but still has power if you push it a little more. It feels kinda "lazy" and you have to wake 'er up.
It's like when it starts the CPU sets itself one way sometimes, and different other times. Its never a dog, but sometimes it fires up and its way zippier than others. I've tried to attribute it to weather, temp, humidity, and even how full the tank is, but those things dont seem to be it.
I dont really care, its not a problem, but its a puzzle to figure out.

VA, DD1's, PS Boost module & elbow, BD brake... also, Nitrous Oxide piped direct into the block (stealth - to keep the warranty), 10 gallon per minute fuel pump, ECM right out of Don Garlit's Top Fueler (he gave it to me) (for letting him ride in my truck), Super Modified DD1 Injectors ("Hand Honed" with a 1/4" reamer & my 12v Makita).
