Dome lights not working

I have a 2008 dodge 2500 the back dome light stopped working when any of the doors open. I’ve checked the dimmer switch and it’s not turned off the back dome light won’t even come on with the dimmer switch the only way it will come on is if you push the light any help would be appreciated thanks chris

It's probably the switch inside the light that burnt out, we see that lately more often.

Where can I get a new switch at

Just buy the assembly, they are cheap sold on Ebay and everywhere else.This dome light was virtually used in every Chrysler vehicle for many years.
Pull it out, go with the part number on it.
To release it you have to pull the lens on the passenger's side.
Then the whole assembly comes down.
