Donaldson filters?

Sent my son to the truck place for a Fleetguard oil filter today. They didn't have the Fleetguard for the 5. 9, so they gave him a Donaldson. Anyone know anything about these filters?

I believe Donaldson has good filters and have been around for a long time. I'm pretty sure they're used rather frequently on many severe service applications. We are currently using two Donaldson canister type in-line filters which are 8" dia. and about 24" tall for a big hydraulic power unit we are building at work. #ad
