ok i was searching online for lift kits for my truck. I am either going to have a custom lift kit installed which will totally destroy my wallet... . Or i will get a lift kit made by a company like superlift and i will only put a huge dent in my wallet :)

i found a 4" superlift kit but under it i says there is a 6" kit and next to the 6" kit it has (long arm). what does this mean? will i be getting 6 inches out of this lift kit? anyone hear about this kit? how is it? thank you

It's a 6" lift kit and the "long arm" means that the control arms are extended. That gives better articulation and rides better.

The kit is supposed to be available by the end of November. I am ordering one as soon as it is available. Not sure on the price. I have a dually and am putting 37 x 12. 5 x17 BFGs all the way around with 2" spacers in the rear.

If you have the in cab controls installed you can but there is only one optimal ride height to get the best ride from the airbags.

hmmm...

OK... . so you have it at the "optimum height" for cruise and then you can drop her down when grandma is getting in the truck? Hmm..... now that is definitely cool.

How is the ride??

I wouldn't touch it. They use 4. 5" spacers up front instead of new coils.

I don't get you, you say you want to lift your truck, but then say you want to drag race it?? Then you pitch a ***** about the cost of a super lift kit, and then think about the K-air ride???I think you would do yourself a very big favor, if you would sit down with a good old fashioned pencil and paper and list what you would like the truck to do, how much you are willing to spend, and what are the goals.

thats my probelm, i want speed and lift, i want a kit that will give me both. then i will draw it out on my paper. money is unlimited i will just have to pay my dad each month. .
