Hinge Pins

Have a look at this post https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=35926 it should help you.

Usualy both the pin and bushings are badly worn. In many cases the bushings are worn through into the hinge body. I usualy make my own pins and bushings from tool steel, sometimes the bushing holes have to be repair welded and re-bored. the post has the part numbers for a new hinge, since the old one realy has to be removed to be properly rebuilt, you may want to just replace it. The interior trim on side of the foot box has to be removed as the body side of the hinge is bolted from the inside.
