bad news. i got the old one out, but the one i got on line is twice as long, so i guess i 'll keep looking for one, and it was a bugger to get out, it has a locking tab on the side and had to take the top/bottom screw out of holding the fuse box to move it a little bit over.... PITA.. !!!

I actually prefer that the buzzer work. I drive several different vehicles and the buzzers / chimes keep me from doing something stupid like leaving the lights on or the keys in the ignition.

I also stopped pulling the key out just enough to silence the buzzer after locking myself out one day.

I can't decide if I like the dang thing or not it is so freakin loud my truck won't loch the doors if the key is in ignition and truck is turned off so it is nice to let you know if the keys are still in I'm goina see if I can muffle the noise a little .

Nothing, just postage. I've returned the PM. I kept it originally because my first Dodge/Cummins was a lemon from the git-go. Now, that it has given me more service than any other brand truck could have given me I'm pretty sure I won't need the module for trade in.:-laf
